When you work with us on your book, you retain ownership of all your intellectual property. It includes:

Brand Names
Logos
Manuscripts
Copyrights
Characters
Story Ideas

We respect your ownership and will never assert rights to your creative work.

Responsibilities Regarding User Content:

You confirm that any content you share with Writer’s Wing, including but not limited to website content, manuscripts, book cover designs etc, is your rightful property and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Writer’s Wing assumes no liability for any user-posted content on their domains.
You agree to defend Writer’s Wing against any claims or lawsuits arising from your content, including any legal fees associated with such defense.

Limitation of Liability

Writer’s Wing strives to deliver exceptional service. However, we cannot be held liable for certain situations, including:

Website downtime or temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
Corruption or removal of data uploaded to the Website (refer to the Data Loss and Backup section for details).
Interruptions or delays in accessing the Website due to internet service provider issues.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within one hour of placing it. A full refund will be issued.
After one hour, your order is considered confirmed, and cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted.
If, after receiving your completed project, you are unsatisfied with the work, you may request a refund within 30 days. However, a 50% early termination fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Client will not be eligible for any sort of monetary refunds once they approve the primary draft.
Any refund requests based on change of mind are not acceptable.
Customer is not eligible for a refund after 24 hours once the contract has been sent to the client, client need to sign it and share it back with us, moreover if the contract is not sign within 48 hours customer is not eligible for a refund without a valid reason.
In case of delays or issues in publication process on a third party publication platforms, no refund requests will be accepted.
